Email preferences & account deletion
Leave the email list, or find the account deletion controls in the ClipHub app. These are separate actions.
Open the email preferences form
Delete your ClipHub account
Open ClipHub on your phone and sign in to the account you want to delete. Open BackStage, choose Delete Account, read the confirmation, and tap Delete. This permanently removes your account and its associated hubs, push notification IDs, sessions, preferences and login email. It cannot be undone.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your ClipHub account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Use Manage Subscriptions in the app or your store account to manage cancellation.
Cannot access the app?
Contact team@beyondend.dev from your account email for help with an account deletion request. Never send a magic-link secret or password.
Leave the email list
Enter the email address you want removed from the non-subscriber email list. This sends a request to ClipHub’s current self-hosted service; it does not delete your account. Requests are processed by a daily scheduled job.
