CLIPHUB
Support & FAQ

The email link opened a web page. What should I do?
In Safari, use OPEN in the ClipHub app banner. In iPhone Chrome, the page takes you to an Open ClipHub button; tap it to continue in the installed app. On Android, use Open ClipHub. If the link has expired or was already used, request a new one from the app.
Why do the devices not see each other?
Check that both devices are on the same local network and that local-network permissions are enabled. Guest Wi-Fi, client isolation, VPN routing or firewall rules can prevent discovery.
Do my files pass through a cloud server?
Clipboard and file transfers are local and direct between devices. Internet access is still used for account, membership and related app services.
Is every transfer encrypted?
Normal mode is unencrypted for trusted home and office networks. Public Network Mode uses a hub-password-protected ZIP. Enable it before starting a transfer on a shared network.
Do I need a subscription?
Mobile access requires a ClipHub membership. Current prices, any trial and renewal terms are shown in the app store purchase screen before you buy. This website does not sell subscriptions.
Where are received files saved?
On macOS and Windows you choose a destination folder. On iOS use Save to export to Files; Android offers Save and Share where supported. Files are staged locally until you save or share them.
How do I restore purchases or change accounts?
Use Restore Purchases in the app. A store subscription can move to a different ClipHub account when restored with the same store account. The signed-in welcome screen also offers Sign in with a different account.
How do I request help or manage my data?
Email team@beyondend.dev with your device, app version and a description of the problem. Do not send a magic-link secret. Use account deletion in the app or contact us about privacy and email preferences.
